Transporters overview
If you own one truck or a hundred and you make your living moving freight, DynaCargo is your sales channel and your operations console. You sign up as a provider.
What you can do
- Find loads on the open marketplace and bid on them.
- Sell your empty legs by posting backloads and route availability, so shippers come to you.
- Manage your vehicles and drivers, with compliance tracking.
- Run trips — status updates, live tracking, waybills and proof of delivery.
- Invoice with ZRA-compliant tax invoices generated on settlement.
- See your own numbers — deadhead kilometres, win rate by lane, border clearance times.
A typical job
- Find work — bid on a load, or post a route and let matching loads notify you. See Finding and bidding on loads and Posting backloads and routes.
- Win it — the shipper awards your bid, or you take a fixed-price load outright.
- Run the trip — advance the status as you go, so the shipper can watch instead of ringing you. See Deliveries and proof of delivery.
- Capture proof of delivery — signature plus a photo. That’s what opens settlement.
- Get paid — directly by the shipper, off-platform. They mark the booking funded and the tax invoice generates. See Getting paid.
Two things worth knowing up front
Bidding and posting need a paid subscription. Browsing the marketplace doesn’t.
Cross-border work needs clearance, granted separately from verification — and until you have it, the matcher skips you silently on cross-border lanes. If work seems thin, check that first. See Cross-border clearance.
Where to go next
- Finding and bidding on loads — your most-used workflow.
- Vehicles and Drivers — your operational base.
- Transporter analytics — where your revenue and your empty kilometres come from.
