Creating your account
Signing up takes a couple of minutes. Getting to the point where you can post or bid takes two more steps after that — confirming your email, and subscribing.
- Go to
/onboarding. - Fill in First Name, Surname and Email.
- Choose an Account Type:
- Consumer — “I need freight moved.” Post loads, receive bids, track shipments.
- Provider — “I move freight or operate a fleet.” Browse loads and bid, post backloads, manage a fleet.
- Enter a Password and Confirm Password. It needs at least 10 characters, including at least one letter and one number.
- Click Create Account.
You’ll land on a Check your email panel.
Sign-in is email and password only. There’s no Google or social login and no magic link, so don’t wait for one.
Pick the right account type
This is the choice worth getting right, because it decides what you can do:
- Only consumers can post loads to the marketplace.
- Only providers can post backloads and route availability.
Neither can do the other’s job, so an account created as the wrong type will hit a flat “Only consumers can post loads” or “Only providers can post backloads” refusal. If you picked wrong, contact support — don’t create a second account on the same email, which will just be rejected as a duplicate.
Confirm your email
Open the message from DynaCargo and click the link. You’ll be signed in and taken to the dashboard.
Until you confirm, you can’t post or bid — you’ll be told “Please confirm your email address before posting or bidding.”
Subscribe
Every new account starts on the Free plan, which is why confirming your email may drop you straight onto /subscribe. That’s the paywall doing its job, not an error.
The dashboard, posting, bidding and load detail pages all need a paid plan. Browsing the public marketplace and carrier profiles doesn’t. See Subscriptions and DPO Pay.
Set up your company
Providers should create a company profile next. It’s required to post route availability or raise invoices, and it’s what carries your verification badge. See Company settings.
Trouble logging in?
Use Forgot password? on the login screen (/auth/forgot-password) for a reset link. If it doesn’t arrive or has expired, see Troubleshooting.
