Compliance monitoring
Admins are typically responsible for making sure compliance doesn’t lapse anywhere in the organisation. DynaCargo gives you a single pane of glass for it.
The compliance view
In the app: Fleet → Compliance (/fleet/compliance).
The view rolls up every tracked document — vehicles, drivers, warehouses, loads — and sorts by urgency. See Compliance for the operator-facing detail.
For admins, the most useful tabs are:
- Critical — expired or missing documents on active assets. Address today.
- 30-day horizon — documents expiring within 30 days. Address this week.
- By owner — group by responsible team member, so you can chase the right person.
Setting up alert recipients
Compliance alerts can be routed to specific roles or specific users:
- Go to Account → Notification preferences.
- Under Compliance, configure who gets which alerts and via which channels.
A common pattern: the operator who owns the asset gets first notice, escalating to an admin distribution list if it isn’t resolved within a configurable window.
Reporting
For board-level or external-audit reporting, export the compliance status to PDF from the Compliance view’s export button. The PDF includes a snapshot of all tracked documents, their status, and the upload trail.
When compliance blocks a job
DynaCargo refuses to match a vehicle or driver to a new job if any required compliance document is expired. If you need to override this temporarily (rare — typically only for a short, specific reason), admins can grant a one-time override per job. Overrides are logged in the audit trail.
