Warehouse overview

If you lease or own warehouse space, DynaCargo gives you a live view of what’s in it and what’s leaving.

Where to find it

In the app: Dashboard → Fleet → Warehouses. See Warehouse capacity for what the listing is and isn’t.

What you can see

• Capacity utilisation — total occupied vs total available, expressed as a percentage and a bar.
• Cold storage status — for warehouses with refrigerated space: utilisation, temperature ranges, and any alarms.
• Stock summary — high-level SKU counts and weight totals if you’ve configured inventory.
• Active outbound — jobs in progress that started from this warehouse, including driver, vehicle, and ETA.

Multiple warehouses

If you have more than one location, the panel has a warehouse switcher at the top. The dashboard rolls all of them up for the company-wide view; the individual page drills into a single location.

Setting up a warehouse

To add a new warehouse:

1. Go to My Fleet → Warehouse → Add warehouse.
2. Enter the address, total capacity, and whether it has cold storage.
3. Upload compliance documents — operating permits, fire safety, etc.
4. Save. The new warehouse appears in the switcher and is selectable when posting jobs as a pickup location.
