My Fleet

“My Fleet” is the shipper’s home for everything beyond posting individual jobs. It covers the transporters you regularly work with, any vehicles you own yourself, what’s currently coming to you, and your warehouse (if you have one).

Delivery partners

Everyone you’ve ever shipped with shows up here. For each partner you can see:

  • Their rating from you and the wider network.
  • Their preferred cargo type and operating regions.
  • Interaction history — every past job, with date, route, and outcome.
  • Their public profile, where you can check their rating and reviews before inviting a quote.

This list is derived from your job history — there’s nothing to set up manually.

Your own vehicles (optional)

If you run a small in-house fleet (light trucks, vans for last-mile, etc.), you can upload them so you can assign internal jobs to your own vehicles instead of using the marketplace.

To add a vehicle:

  1. Go to My FleetMy VehiclesAdd vehicle.
  2. Enter registration, make/model, capacity, and assigned driver (if any).
  3. Upload required documents — registration, insurance, fitness certificate. See Compliance documents.

Maintenance tracking

For each vehicle you can record:

  • Last service date and next service due.
  • Tyre replacement log.
  • Mechanic / vendor notes — optional free-text history.

You’ll get a reminder when service is due, when fitness certificates are nearing expiry, and when tyres are due for replacement.

Inbound shipment tracker

A “what’s coming to me?” view: every active shipment heading to one of your locations, with the current vehicle position and ETA. Useful for warehouse teams who need to know when to expect inbound goods.

Warehouse overview

If you lease or own warehouse space, the Warehouse overview panel shows:

  • Stock status — current utilisation as a percentage of capacity.
  • Cold storage — whether you have it, and its current utilisation.
  • Active outbound deliveries — jobs leaving from this warehouse right now.

See Warehouse overview and Warehouse capacity.
