Shippers overview

If you have cargo that needs to move and you don’t run a transport fleet of your own, you’re a shipper on DynaCargo — a consumer account, in the app’s terms. The platform helps you:

  • Post loads and get matched with carriers already running your lane.
  • Compare carriers by rating and verification before you commit.
  • Track shipments in flight, and share a live link with whoever’s receiving them.
  • Manage a small in-house fleet or warehouse listing if you have one.
  • Get a ZRA-compliant tax invoice for every completed booking.

A typical job

  1. Post a load — corridor, cargo, and either open bidding or a fixed price. See Posting a load.
  2. Review bids as carriers quote. Counter on price, then award. See Reviewing bids and awarding.
  3. Track the trip as the driver moves through pickup, transit and delivery. See Tracking shipments.
  4. Pay the carrier directly, then mark the booking funded to release settlement and generate the tax invoice. See Settlement and disputes.
  5. Rate each other. Reviews publish once you’ve both rated. See Ratings and reviews.

Two things worth knowing up front

Posting needs a paid subscription. Browsing the marketplace is free; posting, bidding and the dashboard aren’t, and an active Free plan doesn’t count.

DynaCargo never holds your money. You pay your carrier directly, off-platform. Marking a booking funded records that you’ve paid — it doesn’t move funds.
