Company settings
Your company profile is what other users see and what several features check before they’ll let you act. Posting route availability and raising manual invoices both require one.
Where to find it
In the app: Dashboard → Company. Your personal account, language preference and subscription live separately under Account (/account).
Basic Information
- Company Name and Company Type — transporter, logistics provider, freight forwarder, courier or warehouse operator.
- PACRA Registration Number and ZRA TPIN — both are used to verify your company. Fill them in before requesting verification; a request without them is the most common reason for a rejection.
- Public profile URL — the slug for your public page at
/provider/{slug}.
Contact Information
Business Email, Phone Number and Website. This is how enquiries from your public profile reach you, so keep it current.
Location
Street Address, City, Province/State, Postal Code and Country — Zambia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Namibia and Mozambique are the countries in the picker.
Business Details
Fleet Size, Employee Count, and Primary corridors / service areas. Corridors are worth being accurate about — they’re what makes you findable to a shipper searching that lane.
Verification
Verified companies carry a ✓ Verified badge on marketplace cards and rank ahead of unverified ones in route search. Request it from the company page once your PACRA number and TPIN are in.
Cross-border clearance is requested separately from the same page and unlocks a different set of things. See Cross-border clearance.
Subscription
The whole /dashboard area is behind the paywall, along with posting, bidding and load detail pages. Browsing the public marketplace isn’t.
Find your subscription under Account → Subscription, which shows your Current Plan, Price, Status and the date you started, plus your past subscription payments.
An active Free plan is not a subscription for gating purposes. The checks look for a paid plan, so a live Free plan still bounces you to /subscribe. Checkout goes through DPO Pay — see Subscriptions and DPO Pay.
You can Cancel Subscription from the same page. Cancelling leaves you Cancelling until the period ends, then Unsubscribed.
