User management
User management lives at Dashboard → Members (/dashboard/members).
Inviting a user
- Click Invite member.
- Enter their email address.
- Pick a starting role (the role determines initial permissions — see Roles and permissions).
- Send the invite. They get an email with a sign-up link.
Invites expire after 7 days. You can resend or revoke them from the Members list.
Managing existing users
For each member you can:
- Change role — promotes or demotes them; their permissions update accordingly.
- Edit permissions — fine-tune the default role permissions for this specific user.
- Deactivate — they can no longer log in. Their history is preserved.
- Reactivate — restore access.
- Reset password — sends them a password reset link.
- View activity — recent actions, linked to the audit trail.
Bulk operations
Select multiple members and choose Bulk actions to deactivate, change role, or export contact info. Useful for offboarding multiple users in one go.
Driver users
Drivers are ordinary users in your company who happen to be assigned to trips — there’s no separate driver record or driver login. See Drivers.
Permissions
User management requires an admin role with members:manage permission. Other users can see the Members list but not change anything.
