Data export
Data export on DynaCargo is deliberately small: three CSV downloads from the analytics dashboards, and printable documents everywhere else. There is no export centre, no export history and nothing to schedule.
Analytics CSVs
Each analytics dashboard has an Export CSV button in its header. Clicking it downloads the file straight away — there’s no queue and nothing to come back for.
| File | Where | What’s in it |
|---|---|---|
shipper-analytics.csv | Shipper analytics | Lanes and carriers with trips, total spend (ZMW) and on-time rate %. |
transporter-analytics.csv | Transporter analytics | Per-truck and per-lane figures behind the dashboard. |
transporter-border-clearance.csv | The border section of the same page | Crossings and clearance times per border post. |
You need to be logged in. Requesting an export URL directly while logged out returns nothing.
The CSVs contain exactly what the dashboard shows, which is your own bookings plus your company’s, excluding cancelled ones.
Documents you can save as PDF
Anything document-shaped uses your browser’s print dialog rather than a download button — choose Save as PDF there:
- Invoices — Print or Download on any invoice detail page.
- Waybills — the printable waybill for a trip. See Live tracking and waybills.
- Cross-border document packs — Generate pack PDF builds a single combined PDF: a cover page with the manifest and a verification QR, followed by every uploaded document. See Cross-border documents.
What you can’t export
There’s no bulk invoice export, no members CSV, no audit-log download and no job-history dump. If you need one of those for an audit, contact support and say what you need it for — it’s a manual job on our side, not a button you’re failing to find.
