Admins overview

Admin roles cover everything that keeps the platform running for your organisation: who can sign in, what they can do, whether compliance is intact, and what’s happened across the system.

What admins do

  • User management — invite, deactivate, and update users within your organisation.
  • Roles and permissions — assign granular permissions to control what each user can see and do.
  • Compliance monitoring — track expiring documents, lapsed certificates, and incidents across the organisation.
  • Audit trails — review immutable logs of who did what and when.

Some larger deployments also have platform admins (DynaCargo staff or designated operators) with cross-organisation visibility. The same UI, broader scope.

Where admin lives in the app

  • /dashboard/members — user management interface.
  • /dashboard — admin-specific widgets show member activity, pending approvals, and compliance alerts.
  • /fleet/compliance — compliance rollup across your assets.
