Warehouse capacity

Warehouses on DynaCargo are a listing, not an operations system. You record the space you have so shippers can find it and so it shows on your public profile. There is no warehouse analytics dashboard, no throughput chart and no dwell-time tracking — if you’re looking for those, they aren’t in the product.

Where to find it

In the app: DashboardFleetWarehouses (/dashboard/fleet/warehouses).

What the page shows

Four summary cards across the top — Total Warehouses (listed facilities), Available (open to new clients), Total Area in square metres and Storage Capacity in cubic metres — then Your Warehouses as cards you can edit.

Adding a warehouse

Click to add a facility and fill in:

  • Location — the city or site.
  • Capacity (sqm) and storage capacity.
  • Storage Type — including temperature-controlled options where you have them.
  • Available — whether you’re open to new clients. Turn this off when you’re full rather than deleting the listing.
  • Notes — anything a prospective client should know, like on-site security or opening hours.

Where the data surfaces

Warehouses you mark available appear on your public company profile, and the marketplace search can filter carriers by warehousing. Keeping Available and capacity honest is what makes the listing worth having — a stale listing generates enquiries you have to turn down.
