Transporter network
Your transporter network is the set of partner carriers you’ve vetted to handle work your own fleet can’t (or shouldn’t) take. It’s how you scale without buying more trucks.
Where to find it
In the app: Fleet → Transporters (/fleet/transporters).
Adding a transporter
- Search for the transporter by company name, registration, or username.
- Click Add to network.
- Choose a tier:
- Tier 1 — first-call partners. They get exclusive look at new loads before they hit the open marketplace.
- Tier 2 — backup partners. Used when Tier 1 declines.
- Watch list — you’ve worked with them once and are evaluating, or have flagged a concern.
- (Optional) Set contract terms — agreed rates per lane, payment terms, SLAs.
Working with your network
When you post a load you can target it at:
- A specific transporter (direct assignment).
- Tier 1 only.
- Tier 1 + Tier 2.
- Open marketplace (fallback after a configurable timeout).
Performance tracking
The network view shows performance metrics specifically for jobs you’ve given that partner — distinct from the platform-wide rating they might have. This lets you assess “are they good for us”, not just “are they good in general”.
For deeper analysis use the Performance analytics widget with a transporter filter.
Removing a transporter
If a partner relationship sours, you can remove them from your network at any time. Past job history is preserved — only future loads stop targeting them.
